Refunds and Returns Policy

Growbabygrow specialises in custom-printed baby clothing. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Custom-Made Items (Important)

  • All growbabygrow products are custom-made to order.
  • Due to the personalised nature of our products, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

2. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos of the issue.
  • Once approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

3. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method through PayFast.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items will be covered by growbabygrow.

5. Hygiene Policy

For hygiene reasons, baby clothing that has been worn, washed, or used cannot be returned or refunded.
